The Answers You Need

HOW DO WE PAY YOU?

All our cleanings are invoiced via square. A secure electronic credit/debit processing company that does not store or use your information. We also accept email transfers. For new clients, a 50% deposit is required at booking.

DO WE NEED TO LEAVE ANYTHING OUT?

For the Standard Cleaning, yes. Our cleaners either walk, take the TTC or bike into work. For this reason we ask that you provide a mop+bucket (Swiffer is okay), broom and/or Vacuum. If you have preferred cleaning solutions please leave those out as well.

As for everything else, no. 

  • NOTE: items left behind in a Move In/Out cleaning will be thrown out unless we're told not to

IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD DO BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?

Decluttering is the best way to get ready for your cleaning. By putting things "away" you open up more surfaces that can be wiped, dusted, mop, etc. It also helps our staff focus more on what needs to be cleaned, instead of where things go. If laundry is part of your cleaning, place your dirty laundry in a designated hamper, bin, or area.

ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?

Absolutely! Just let us know what kind and their names, so our staff can properly introduce themselves. Depending on the number and type, an additional fee maybe added to ensure extra time can be taken to deal with their hair and/or odour

DO YOU DO LAUNDRY?

Yes, we do. We do up to 3 loads depending on how much bedding needs to be washed as well.

  • There's an additional fee of $20. 

  • The machines have to be in the unit. 

  • Detergents, and softeners made available.
